My Bodyworks Pilates strives to strengthen and lengthen the body, build your core strength and work on postural issues that our busy everyday lives can create. This is done by focusing on the precision of movement, concentration of the mind, feeling centred, the correct use of breath and control of the body with flowing movements. We provide a range of Pilates workouts, varied Pilates exercises and use a variety of Pilates equipment. So you never get bored with the same old routines and your body is therefore always improving.
All ages and levels are welcome.
Our aim is to make Pilates & fitness classes more accessible and available to everyone, regardless of age, budget or current level of fitness.

ABOUT MY BODYWORKS
My Bodyworks is run by Annaliese who shares her love of Pilates and fitness with others by offering small group Pilates classes and private Pilates lessons.
Annaliese is a qualified Pilates instructor, Personal Trainer and Group Fitness instructor.
Originally from the UK, Annaliese has passionately pursued certifications in Pilates, Kick boxing, barre, suspension training, spin, rehabilitation and personal training.
Throughout her career Annaliese has had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients ranging from teenage athletes, new mothers, elite athletes and sports teams such as The Warriors, the Silver Ferns, the national swim team as well as rehabilitative clients and the elderly population.
As a patient, fun and compassionate instructor Annaliese teaches with enthusiasm and is focussed on her clients achieving their personal goals through correct form and technique.
