It’s incredible how many people say they’d like to get fitter and healthier, but aren’t quite sure about where to start. That’s where My Bodyworks Pilates comes in, offering a fitness structure and the positive reinforcement you need so that you can concentrate on getting your body and mind into the state you desire.

Focus on posture, strength & breath

Pilates is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. Pilates mat classes at My Bodyworks attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration and help participants regain control of their body and mind.

Pilates helps build a strong core from which one can transition into new positions and exercises.

Using a variety of Pilates equipment, we provide Pilates workouts that get results and helps us engage the core with more depth and strength. The control and precision of breath along with a diversity of Pilates exercises and modifications means that My Bodyworks Pilates is suited to a range of levels from beginner to advanced. 

 

Cost is $85 for 6 classes.

Casual drop in is $20 per class, but get in touch to book a class.

FITNESS CLASSES

Mixture of cardio & resistance training

Fitness classes at My Bodyworks are focused on a mixture of lifting the heart rate through cardio exercises and adding resistance training to your regime. Using various equipment along with weights both the mind and body are challenged.

Variety is the key with these classes, no two sessions are the same, so your body and mind never get bored. The endorphins flow as you train giving you that amazing feel-good factor. We get results by a carefully thought structure to our exercise workouts aimed at greater fitness, weight loss and well being.

 

Cost is $85 for 6 classes.

PERSONAL TRAINING AND ONE : ONE SESSIONS

Personalised training

For the ultimate specialised training program unique to your own needs this is the option for you.
Whether you need to get in shape for a special event, train at a slower pace due to injury or just need the challenge of having a personal trainer to help you achieve your personal goals. Having one-on-one sessions can fast track you to achieve your health and fitness wishes, working hard but having fun on the way. From having worked with elite athletes to achieve great sporting success to helping clients rehabilitate after surgery Annaliese can create a training program specifically for you. 

 

Cost for 1/2 hour is $50

Cost for 1 hour is $80​​

These work out exercise sessions can take place at your place for convenience, outside or at a My Bodyworks location.
